Vacation Rental Description

Stunning executive 2 storey house on the premier golf community of 
Highlands Reserve.

Only 30 minutes from Orlando Airport and 10 minutes from Disney 
World.

This privately owned 3 bed, 2.5 bath, air conditioned, executive 
villa is located on a premium lot, backing south west and directly 
overlooking the 10th hole of this championship golf course.

The property will comfortably accommodate 6 guests, plus 2 in the 
loft room if required.

There is additionally a large, private, screened and heated pool 
together with a whirlpool spa.

A good selection of supermarkets, shops and family restaurants are 
within easy reach (on the periphery of Highlands Reserve). 

The Gulf and Atlantic coasts, including the Kennedy Space Centre, 
are readily accessible.

The ground floor is mainly laid to tile with a 
feature,  vaulted, ceiling above the lounge. There is 32” colour TV 
with DVD/CD player and surround sound system.

The kitchen is fully equipped and further features a 'breakfast 
nook.'

The dining area contains table and chairs and opens onto the covered 
patio and pool deck.

The Master Bedroom suite is on the ground floor ans overlooks the 
pool area. It has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite 
bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi bath.

The upper floor has a double bedroom with queen size bed, a twin 
bedded room, a bathroom and the loft. 

The loft is also used as a lounge, and has TV/VCR facilities and 
will further sleep 2 additional guests if required.

Vacation Rental Amenities

• Two full size bathrooms with bath, shower and hair 
drier (Jacuzzi in master bathroom). 

• Extended pool deck equipped with loungers, table and 
chairs. 

• Laundry has washing machine and tumble dryer and gives 
access to the double garage.

villa.
