This brand new condo complex has two bedroom two bath units. This condo can sleep up to 6 guests in 3 or 4 beds. The master bedroom has either two twin beds or a King. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. In the study /
office there is a convertible couch that folds down to make another bed for one adult, or two children. The living room has a comfortable couch and love seat.

There is a flat screen TV with DVD player. Cable TV with Spanish and English channels is installed. Local phone service provided. Wireless internet available on-site in the pool area; Internet cafes are just a few blocks away as well. This unit also has two bathrooms, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a balcony overlooking the pool. Central AC keeps it nice and cool inside. This unit has great views of the pool area, mountains and a stream that runs through the property. In between the trees there is a SLIGHT ocean view. This unit is just 1.5 blocks to the beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include a large pool and a smaller kids pool, playground areas for the kids, and multiple barbecue cabanas for poolside picnics.
