This one bedroom penthouse condo is perfectly located in a charming, historic building on the beach at Playa los Muertos. While best known for its award-winning full service restaurant, La Palapa, it also houses a number of condos, many to long-term residents of Puerto Vallarta.

This particular unit is on the top floor, just a flight of steps below the rooftop pool. The pool has a spectacular view of the ocean, but the condo itself is not ocean view. It offers a full-length patio with lush potted plants, and faces the mountains and city view to the east. The elevator opens just outside your door, and the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day for your convenience and security.
The owners have recently renovated the unit, which offers a telephone, air conditioning, spacious tiled bath, several ceiling fans and a safe for additional security. The queen bed has a good quality, firm mattress and a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for an extra guest or just a
lazy afternoon siesta. A new TV and stereo with IPOD dock will facilitate quiet evenings at home. The rooftop pool offers a shaded palapa area, a shower and bathrooms for your convenience while you enjoy the full view of the Bay of Banderas. Bring your binoculars and watch the whales and dolphins playing
in the ocean directly offshore.
