This roomy, but cozy 4000 square foot home features 4 bedrooms / 3.5 baths and a separate room on the ground floor with a separate entrance.  Perfect for privacy and solitude or for family vacations or get together.  This home features a wrap around deck, private walkway to the beach, a backyard play area, a huge master suite with private balcony, walk-in closets and master bath as well as spectacular ocean views!

The home is completely furnished including a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and dining area.  All linens and towels are provided, as well as beach towels, and parking for 5 cars.  This home also has cable TV and Wi-Fi internet.

Wrap around deck overlooking the ocean, deck furniture, fully furnished with linens and towels, kitchen with cooking utensils and dishware, wi-fi internet access, DVD player and cable TV, gas fireplace, portable outdoor grill, optional port-a-crib, high chair, kayak, and baby gates.

Home is only a few miles from historic downtown New Smyrna Beach, where all the bars and restaurants are located. New Smyrna is full of designer shops, as well local and foreign artists, great restaurants and local entertainment. The Intracoastal Waterway is less than a mile away which offers scuba diving excursions, boat rentals, and even a daytime cruise for just $10 per person.  Within an hour's drive or less is Orlando area attractions,  Daytona International Speedway and Cape Canaveral.

We do not keep this calendar up to date. Rates listed above are base rates! Minimum rental charge of $400. Local tax is 12.5%, cleaning charges vary per unit but are in general $80 for a 1 BR, $90 for a 2 BR and $100-$150 for 3 BR and there is a $39 Booking Fee. You can also choose to purchase a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver in lieu of placing a refundable $500.00 Security Deposit.
