room and split plan make entertaining large families easy. Formal dining room off kitchen with serve
through window to casual dayroom off pool area. There are three full bedrooms with a fourth gameroom
with pullout sofa. Large 2 car garage and driveway. Large screened pool and jacuzzi area kept
private by lush landscaping has cookout and picnic nook.Lake Placid is a quaint little town located
in the middle of the state with both coasts less than two hours away.Lake June is 3500 acres with
canals to other smaller lakes which make exploring fun.

Home has all utensils for kithen and bar, central air and central vacum. Deck chairs with cushions,
picnic table and chairs under ceiling fan, and grill. Jacuzzi seats 4 comfortably. Lawn and pool
service provided. Great room is divided into dining, television, and conversation ares, with kitchen

Lake June is part of the ridge system of lakes which are known for their excellent water quality.
Lake June is considered one of the best fishing lakes in the area and is also perfect for swimming,
skiing, wakeboarding, etc. The west side of the lake is a state park with hiking trails. At 3500
acres there is room for everyone without overcrowding. There are many other lakes in the area and
the beginning of the everglades canal system with many exotic fish about an hour away. A Seminole
Indian casino in Brighton is just 30 minutes away is available for those feeling lucky.
vacation rental rates
In season (November-April) rates are $2500 per month plus utilities. Off season (May-October)
rates are $2250 plus utilities.Weekly rates are $1250 in season and $1000 out of season, daily rates are $300, utilities are included in periods less than a month. There is a one time cleaning fee of $125. House is reserved with damage/security deposit of ($750). Rent and cleaning fee are due 1 week ahead of arrival.
21 ft. pontoon boat (pictured) is available weekly for $300, or monthly for $800.
