Beautiful 3/3 beachfront townhome with awesome ocean views! in Cocoa Beach

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath 2 story 2140 square foot townhouse in private triplex, direct oceanfront. We're on a lovely secluded beach at southern end of town. Huge master bedroom upstairs has king size bed, sofa, TV, large bathroom with double sinks and separate shower, as well as a large deck overlooking the ocean. Another large bedroom upstairs with queen size bed and twin size bed has its own bathroom and deck overlooking the street side as well as walk-in closet converted into toy/playroom. Downstairs has additional bedroom with queen sized bed, bathroom & walk- in closet. The house is tastefully decorated with nice furnishings, high quality linens, HD TV with DVR; the pictures do not do it justice!  The online calendar is kept up to date, please check availability and rates before inquiring.  Email, do not call if possible; I am usually able to respond quickly.  Also, although the home is very large, please note we have a 6 person maximum and 6 night minimum.

Low season (Labor Day in September through Dec. 21st)...$1525 per week plus 11% tax, $150 cleaning fee, and $39 non refundable damage deposit
Peak Season (Dec. 21st through Labor Day in September)...$1955 per week plus 11% tax, $150 cleaning fee, and $39 non refundable damage deposit
Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, and Easter holidays $2600 per week.

The $39 non refundable damage deposit plus $300 towards total bill is required at time of reserving dates.
