Vacation Rental Description

Discover nature poolside at La Selva Mariposa, an elegant jungle  
B&B, only 15 minutes from Tulum's mystic shore and the gleaming  
waters of the Caribbean. One bed and bath suite is located in the  
west wing of the main house with a deck that overlooks the  
illuminated walking paths that lead to the jungle beyond. Two  
suites are in a casita on the property with adjoining swimming  
pool and waterfalls. New suite #4 sleeps 4 persons, 1 king and 2 
individuals or 2 kings. This suite has its own cenote style pool and 
waterfall. All rooms are fully screened and have  
electricity, hand-crafted furniture, and a refrigerator that is  
stocked on the first night with complimentary cold beer and juices,  
along with a coffee bar and plenty of drinking water. The bathrooms  
have hot and cold water showers, room 1,3,4 showers are under the  
jungle skies. All are stocked with fluffy towels, soaps, shampoos  
and Mayan Clay. The bedrooms have thick king, queen, or single   
mattresses, quality linens, and separate reading lights over the  
bed, CD player/clock. To keep you cool, the rooms have both an  
overhead and a floor fan. Suite #4 is air conditioned. 
Decks off the bedrooms have stunning views of the jungle and  
waterfalls. Daily room service is provided.

less from many cenotes, monkey sanctuary, Sian Ka'an Biosphere and  
the colonial city of Valladolid*Tours can be arranged.

Vacation Rental Rates

3 elegant jungle suites each rent for $125 ($175 Christmas/New Years  
week) per night. A single bed can be added to Suite 2 in the sitting 
area for a child/small person. Extra person is $20 a day.  New suite 4 
sleeps 4 persons and rents for $225 a night and $300 a night at 
holiday time. 2 night minimum/ 6 night minimum at holiday time. The 
stay includes a full breakfast each morning.
