guaranteed as you lounge around your own private pool and jacuzzi.
Close proximity to many golf courses and beaches and only 2 miles
away from the Pinellas Trail. This
is an ideal location if you are a keen golfer or just want to
relaxing on the white sandy beaches.
This tastefully furnished home has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry room,
kitchen, living room, family
room with fireplace another family room with large window that
overlooks the pool/jacuzzi, and
private dock that you can fish from (no swimming, PLEASE! MUCH
WILDLIFE!) Enjoy bird watching? This
would be the place to stay.
The house is fully equipped with everything that you
would have at home. All you need to do is bring your toothbrush.
You can relax with a cold beverage by the private pool/jacuzzi and
enjoy all
the comforts this wonderful vacation home has to offer. Bask in the
sun and enjoy the peace and quiet.
If you want to go explore, Holiday is a wonderfully kept
secret. It's about 40 minutes from Tampa which has Busch Gardens and
Adventure Island a fun water park with slides, wave pools and many
other exciting adventures! One and half hours from Orlando which
hosts all the Disney Parks and Seaworld which just opened a
fantastic new "Shamu: show!. You're 10 minutes from Tarpon Springs
one of the largest Greek communities in Florida, where you can enjoy
dinner, spong docks or a glass bottom boat ride. Clearwater Beach is
only a short drive to white sandy beaches that are known throughout
the United States. Just north is Weeki Wachee, home of the mermaid
show, a natural springs water park and canoe rentals. These natural
springs are home to the beautiful and friendly manatees, it's a
sight everyone should see at least once, but if you see it once...
you'll want to see these rare creatures again and again.
There's shopping, good restaurants, you can also rent a boat and
take it to the Sand Bar, Anclote Island or Honeymoon Island where
you can spend the day swimming, shelling and watching dolphins.

January, and April through December $600 per week or $2200 per month

* Cap on electricity of $75 for the monthly rentals
Cleaning fee of $100 due at time of check in and 9% sales tax!
Deposits: $500 for January, February, March and April
$200 for May through December
Deposit is applied towards balance due. Monies are due at time of check in.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee will be refunded to you if 30 days notice is given for the months of January, February, March and April and 2 weeks notice is given for the months of May through December.
