New Honua Kai Beachfront Condo - Panoramic Ocean Views!!! in Kaanapali

Honua Kai is a brand-new resort on north Kaanapali Beach, just opened February 2009.  It is south of the Mahana and north of the Westin Kaanapali Villas  timeshare. We currently have one large infinity-edge pool overlooking the Ocean, a fitness room, "Aina" Gourmet Shop in the Lobby, and four Viking Grills for you to use. If you are looking for brand-new, luxurious accommodations on a beautiful beach with a lot of privacy, then this is for you!

Upon completion, Honua Kai will have three pools. The FORMAL Pool is complete and is an infinity-edge lap pool featuring two hot tubs and perfect ocean views. The OHANA Pool, scheduled to finish late 2009 and will feature a one hundred and twenty foot water slide and a waterfall that cascades into the main swimming area. Natural lava rock will form an elevated hot tub that takes in the ocean views. The Ohana Pool will also have a sandy beach and a shallow 'keiki', Hawaiian for kids' pool. The RIVER Pool will feature a meandering river that flows through smaller swimming holes and waterfalls. It will be completed along with the Konea Tower early 2010.

Duke's Maui will be Honua Kai's beachfront restaurant, finishing late 2009. It will be run by TS Restaurants, an upscale-casual restaurant chain with great success in Hawaii and California.

A 10,000 square foot full-service spa with treatment rooms, massage therapy and workout facilities. This facility is in the Konea building and will be done late 2009.

Located on the FIFTH floor, our one bedroom, one bath condo has PANORAMIC VIEWS of the Pacific Ocean and West Maui Mountains. At 700 square feet plus the 145 square foot lanai, our condo comfortably sleeps four.  Our condo is NOT facing the construction of the Konea Tower.  We have unobstructed views and plenty of natural sunlight in the condo.

There is so much to do in Maui that you would need a guidebook to lead you through.  Honua Kai's location on Kaanapali gives you easy access to most activities.  This includes snorkeling (on our beach or Black Rock), walk to Whaler's Village for shopping or beachfront dining, golf in Kaanapali or Kapalua, or just relax at the pool.  Historic Lahaina is just five miles away, where you can visit the art galleries, have a romantic dinner on Front Street overlooking the Pacific, get shave ice, take pictures on the Banyan Tree, or catch a whale-watching tour from the harbor.  This is just the beginning of all the things you can do.
