Vacation Rental Description

Exclusive private home located in Indian Wells Country Club is 
situated on a acre of land and lush landscaping behind 
the gates just five minutes from Palm Desert, across the street from 
the Hyatt Grand Champions and Esmerelda's Hotel.  
This incredible home is very open and 14 ft. high ceilings with lots 
of light (but not the afternoon sun) the home is located in a very 
exclusive 
area 
just two blocks form the Indian Wells Country Club.  
The home has fabulous views of the mountains, a lush greenbelt with 
a large fountain and beautiful floral landscaping  and the golf 
course.  It is 3,000 sq. ft. situated on a 13,000 ft (overlooking 
the greenbelt with lush landscaping and incredible views) lot with a 
large outside patio for dining 
and entertaining, (lots of chairs and barstools for outside)a 
noutdoor gas barbecue and a private large pool 
and spa and outside mexican fireplace.  It also is steps from 
another community pool/spa so you and whomever can enojoy two pools  
There are new
speakers outside and inside to enjoy music.  It has a large umbrella 
and the view 
is incredible for dining outdoors.  I have a new state of the art 
mist system to cool you down.  But I get morning sun which is a 
blessing on the home and no bright sun into the main home in the 
afternoon.  I have re-done the pool  and the spa with arctic white pebble tech and stone and a salt 
system- it 
is new

I have a new four seater golf cart equipped with cd player and ice 
box- you can drive it to Vicki's for dinner! Or to Golf or to the 
store down on washington and 111.

Adjacent to the outdoor area is a large great room with 14 ft 
ceilings and a large marbled sunken bar and attached large library 
with hundreds of books 
and a fireplace and television.  Two coaches and two large leather 
chairs in the great room with a lot of tasteful artwork and a bright 
environment for entertaining. I have installed a new large LCD tv 
above the fireplace for enjoyment.
Two master suites equipped with King size beds (tommy bahama bedroom 
set and armoir), one guest room with 
two beds  or a trundle which can be side by side(each room has a 
television) and an extra blow up 
new queen mastress to sleep 6-8.  Three and a half bathrooms all 
well equipped with new stone and glass block. new barbecue built in 
outside with marble top
The kitchen is new with marble, new cabinets and appliances and a 
large skylight.  The kitchen is ready for cooking and user friendly 
equipment.  There is 
an adjacent laundry room available and telephone and information on 
the desert area.  Lots of reading material for your use ( a large 
library ( with over 300 books and magazines0 games for use and art 
collection) - a warm 
atomosphere that everyone loves!  Very safe and high end 
neighborhood.  The view of the mountains are fabulous and this is a 
private yet very bright and light open home with spectacular views.
New front doors/glass.  Great family home as well as couples.
