The adventure begins with a 20 minute boat ride from the mainland
transporting you to a unique vacation experience. “island time”.
Once on the island the pace of life slows . There is time for the
finer things of life and the Coral Reef is the perfect house to
experience this relaxed pace and rejuvenate the mind and spirit.

Our home was designed and built with island living in mind. The
generous verandas, decks, and patio extend the living space
seamlessly to the tropical garden “North Captiva”. Sun rises and
sets as viewed from the decks, verandas are the perfect punctuation
to a day “on island”.
Complete with all the luxuries and more one would expect of a first
class vacation home. Come stay in our island villa and I promise you
will feel at home during your stay and rejuvenated when you leave.

4 levels of living space each with its own character and amenities
o Heated pool and outdoor kitchen on the ground level surrounded by
a tumbled imported marble patio/pool deck and lush tropical
vegetation
o The 1st floor has a generous entry area leading to 2 master
bedroom suites and a large guest / kids bedroom. Also a set of full
size washer and dryers are on this level
o The 2nd floor is the cathedral ceiling living area, dining space
and fully equipped kitchen. There is a study on the second floor
that can become a 4th bedroom complete with a queen trundle bed.
o The 3rd floor loft ,with quality sleeper sofa looks down onto the
dining and living areas with a sun /observation deck giving
excellent views of the gulf, state preserve and the back bay.
· Each bedroom and the great room has a TV with DVD players
· Stereo through out the great room, dining area and the kitchen.
. high speed internet with wireless router for electronic surfing
all around the house.
· All the flooring is imported Italian porcelain throughout the home
· Custom cabinets and stone counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms
· The 2 master bedroom suites and 2 additional bedrooms sleep a
total
of 8 people
a quality fold out couch in the loft provides room for 2 more guests
if needed
· Rain head and hand held showers in the two master bathroom showers
· Complete kitchen with stainless appliances. Fully equipped so you
can prepare your favorite meals.
· 2nd kitchen with grill on the ground floor patio. Complete with
sink and refrigerator
· Ocean views from the great room, kitchen level veranda and sun
deck. A wonderful spot to dine outside or just sit, relax and
watching the
sunset.
· Miles of beach is just a few hundred yards down the sand lane with
golf cart parking. Some of the best shelling and fishing around.
The Coral Reef has a computer for your use with wifi internet so
bring your lap top if you like! Just added unlimited long distance
phone service in the US!

We now have added the very popular bean bag game "corn Hole" !!!

Boating, Sailing, Jet Skiing, Shelling, Rafting, Swim in Our Private
Pool or use our membership to the North Captiva Island Club's Two
Large Pools, Sauna,or Hot Tub, do not forget to visit the Pool Bar
for the Frozen
Specialty Drinks.

Late Spring weeks special! April7th to June 8th. $2,250.00 plus tax/wk. This includes the use of our golf cart and a guest membership to a private Island Club during your stay. Winter can be just a great time to come had enjoy the island.
