in the living room. A new microwave/convection oven and new stainless

Internet/telephone/alarm system and parilla (BBQ). The maid's quarters
with washing machine is separate from the main house. Rate does
include taxes, but not the meet/greet fee ($30.)by Nora (necessary to
check you out on Alarm & hand you the keys etc.) and the reading of
the utility meters (water/electric) customary in Uruguay home rentals.
Total fees are nominal. The rate in the high season is from $300 -
$400 per night.
