Welcome to Estes Park's 'Majestic Retreat' home. The home sits on 2 acres and has Majestic views of the lumpy ridge and Mary's Lake to the north and Twin Sisters to the south with a restful and relaxing Majestic retreat in between, 'welcome Home'.
This Retreat has been professionally decorated with no details overlooked from the elk antler viewing chairs, aspen and hickory log beds, barnwood tables, 3 sleep number mattresses, HDTV's and video games for the kids. Finishes in the Home include hardwood floors, slate and Italian marble flooring, slab granite counter tops, Alder cabinets and trim, subzero Fridge/freezers, 2 dishwashers and mountain decor dinnerware for 20.

The Retreat is fully equiped for entertainment as well with 6
televisions, all with built in DVD players and Dish satellite TV with
a VHS and DVD library as well as individual room satellite Radio
controls. There is a Wii video game on the 60" HD TV on the lower
level. There are board games and a pool table available. On the lower
level there in an indoor sports court where you can play basketball,
floor hockey and dodgeball. The home is also equipped with FREE Wi-Fi
and domestic long distance phone calls.

Activities include Exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, trail rides
on horseback or ride the rapids.
Fly fishing, wilderness tours or the aerial tramway are a must.
Mini-amusement parks are available for the kids with bumper boats,
miniature golf, go karts and an arcade. A winery, a brewery and many
other choices for dining are available and of course lots of shopping!

A $500USD Deposit is due at time of reservation or 60 days which ever
comes first
and the full rental is due 30 days prior to arrival date. A cleaning
fee of $250
for weekly rentals and a $150USD cleaning fee for 3 day rentals. The
deposit will
be refunded 15 days after departure date. Not including sales tax
