This Beautiful 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome is the perfect retreat
after a long day at the themeparks.

The downstairs of the house is open plan but still with defined areas.
In the living area is a queen sleeper sofa, large cable TV, DVD,
Playstation 2 and CD player, perfect to keep the kids happy.
There are three further cable TVs, one in the master bedroom, one in the second bedroom and a Mickey Mouse TV in the twin bedroom, a must for the kids!

The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, plates and cutlery for 8 people.

There is a choice of 2 dining areas to eat in, at the front of the kitchen there is a small nook area with a table and chairs in the bay window. If you are looking for something a bit more formal the main dining area is between the kitchen and lounge area,there is a large dining table with ample room for 6 people.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
Master Bedroom with queen size bed, Cable TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom with large shower, WC etc.
2nd Bedroom has a full size bed and TV.
Twin Bedroom has 2 single beds and a Mickey style TV with cable.
All bedrooms have ample storage space with walk-in closets and drawer units.
The 2nd and twin bedrooms share the family bathroom with has a bath/shower, toilet and sink unit.

The outside screened patio/lanai has a HOT TUB, table and chairs and sun loungers. This area is very private as there are no other properties close behind it and looks out over the childrens playarea from the neigbouring development
