Vacation Rental Rates High Season Rates (May-September 26,
2008):$1550/week Off-season Rates
(September 27, 2008 � May 15, 2009): $1000/week To confirm your
reservation we require a deposit
of 50% of the Rental rate, plus a $500 security deposit. The
balance is due 30 Days prior to
check-in. Funds may be paid by certified check or personal check if
time permits. Rentals are
from Friday to Friday. Check In is 3:00 pm Friday. Check Out is
10:00 am Friday morning. A
$500.00 security deposit is required for all rentals. Once property
is inspected for damages and
key is returned the deposit will be returned within 30 days. Pets
