This unit is a 3rd floor northern ocean view unit. It is 2 bed and 2 bath, has washer/dryer in the
unit and is fully furnished. The condo has secured entry, private beach access, tennis and pool. All
you need is basically your baggies and a tooth brush. The Sandcastles condo is only about 45 minutes
from Orlando, close to restaraunts and shopping.

The activities in our area are endless. You can fish off the beach or charter your own sport fishing
boat out of Port Canaveral. If you like river fishing and catching red fish and snook, you can find
a local guide for that or just plop a line in the water at a park. You can go gambling on one of the
local gambling boats out of the port. There are tons of restaraunts from tex-mex to 5 star that will
please anyones appetite. You can hop in the car and go to Daytona, Orlando or the Cape. The list
goes on and on, so come on down and start enjoying yourself. And I almost forgot, surfing is a fun
activity along with golf!
vacation rental rates
Rates are determined by season and holidays. If it is off season, the rent will be $900 per week. If
it is a holiday or peak season, the rent will be $1100 per week. The unit is rented monthly starting
at $1800 per month off season and up to $2600 in season.e
