Jan. - March $2000/per month, prefer 3 month stay in these months. 
Nov. - Dec. $1800/month 
April-Oct. 1500/month 
 
1/2 month refunable deposit required 
$750 fully refundable security deposit required 
9% state taxes for less than 6 month stay 
No pets/smoking 
Flexible rates for long term stays (more than 3 months) 
$75 community center fee for pool/jacuzzi, exercise room, pool tables, etc. 
$75 tag fee for entry to gated community
