Kona Sunset House in Kailua-Kona

This is a wonderful 3 bedroom 2 bath home with outstanding sunset
ocean views. Full mature landscaping and large built in pool set in an
upscale neighborhood on the Walua bike and walking path in the Sunset
district. At the perfect elevation just up the hill from Ali'i Dr.
where the air is cool and clean you will enjoy privacy and comfort
while only five minutes from all the action of downtown Kona town.

This home offers upscale furnishings including a fully stocked kitchen
with coffee maker, rice cooker, mixer, blender, micro, toaster, and
dish washer. All linens and pool towels are provided. On site laundry
facilities. Satellite t.v., radio, games, books, and pool supplies for
your entertainment. Blow dryers and soaps are provided in both baths.
Master bedroom is located at one end of the house to ensure the upmost
privacy and includes a king size bed, large walk in shower and
spacious bath. Private lani with outdoor shower and private access to
main lani. Guest rooms at the other end of the house have their own
bath and one offers a queen bed in Asian decor with access to main
lani while the other offers a king or two twins.

Sunset viewing, Snorkeling, Scuba, Beaches, Dining, Jet skiing,
Fishing, Golfing, Para-sailing, Flying, Hiking, Waterfalls, Volcano,
and much much more.

Our rates are $300.00 per night ($350.00 per night Dec. 15th - Jan
15th) for up to six people. Additional quests and long term rents are
negotiable. Security deposits and cleaning fee vary.
