Step into this exclusive 1930s updated home on the lake with spacious and private park-like manicured grounds, complete with fishing pier, sun deck and shade deck.  Updated creature comforts:  Fully equipped electric kitchen, conversation area, king and queen size beds with ceiling fans and cable TV in each room, antique dining room set, WiFi, washer and dryer, linens, towels, carpeted.  Smoke free and Pet free.  A quiet retreat in the middle of everything.

Walk next door to an Italian or Mexican restaurant, or choose a pizza delivery if you would rather lounge.  Spend a fun-filled day at the NASA Space Center and land the Shuttle.  The Kemah Boardwalk has dining and a fun amusement park for the entire family.  Water sports?  Rent a jet ski, launch your boat or take a sunset cruise.  Need a challenge?  Try a game of outdoor chess on our 13'x13' board.  After a busy day, return to your home-away from home, slip your shoes off and relax, recharge, read, sun bathe and day dream.  

Two night minimum on min. rate includes lodging for a maximum of 8 persons and no food.  The kitchen is available without additional charge only if left as clean as found: no dirty dishes, pots, pans, smoke-pet-cooking odors, otherwise a cleanup charge of $40/hour will be assessed.
The maximum rates include lodging for a maximum of 8 persons including breakfast (food, service, setup, break down and cleanup). However, use of the kitchen facilities is not available for your use at any time of day, as foods can not be co-mingled with guests' food (Texas state law).
