King size bed, cable TV, WiFi, 2nd bedroom with bunk bed, efficiency kitchen with electrical stove/oven, refrigerator, pots/pans, dishes, utensils and
coffee maker, shower/tub, hair dryer, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, linens and towels.  No charge for use of kitchen if left as clean as found pertaining to dishes, pots/pans, appliances, cooking/pet odors, etc.  Otherwise, a $40/hour clean up charge will be assessed and charged.

Walk to an Italian or Mexican restaurants, or choose a pizza delivery from next door.  Try your luck at landing the Shuttle at Space Center Houston, then dine on the Kemah Boardwalk where there is fun for the entire family.  Picnic in our back yard on Clear Lake, tackle a game of outdoor chess on our 13'x13' chess board. Bring your line and wet a hook at the water's edge, soak in the sun, let the sea breeze sweep over you while you set time aside to indulge in some luxury day dreaming. 

Lowest rates of the season!  All rates exclude food.  Two night minimum:  The minimum rates are based on double occupancy and maximum rates are based on maximum of 4 persons occupancy.  The apartment includes full use of the kitchen facilities without additional charge only if left as clean as found. Otherwise a minimum clean up fee of $40 per hour will be assessed for clean up of dishes, pots/pans, trash, carpet, odors (cooking, pets,
smoking, etc.). The rate includes water, gas H/W heater, and electrical up to the first 75 kwh.
