This Florida Keys inspired 4 BR, 2 1/2 BA, outdoor shower, 2 car garage single family home is
located in the beautiful Wedgefield Community of Ocean View, DE. Less than a mile away is a new
Giant Food shopping center (Food Lion is across it on Route 26), fine dining restaurants, Hair
Cuttery, Fractured Prune, three banks and a huge 'beer, wine and liquor' store. We chose a lot
just 2 homes from the community pool (close, yet far enough away)! Golfer? A short walk across the
road is Bear Trap Dunes with public driving range and a 27 hole championship golf course with
restaurant & clubhouse. We have 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (one with two twin beds and the rest
have queen-size beds). Downstairs, we have 2 queen-size sleeper sofas, a living & dining room, plus
large family room with and eat-in kitchen that flows onto a large screen porch and separate deck for
sunning. High-speed internet access (secure) & free long-distance U.S.A. telephone service too.
We're about a 5 minute drive to the beach. We love our dogs and welcome other well-behaved dogs for
an additional fee.
