Gulf Front 2nd Floor Corner Condo in Fort Myers Beach

Our condo is decorated Florida style with a queen size bed in the
bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the
living room to accommodate up to four persons. Tile flooring through
out except the bedroom area.
The kitchen includes all necessary items and the balcony overlooks
the pool area.

The complex includes tennis courts, pool and laundry facilities. The
estuary in front of EBT is listed in the top 200 bird-watching spots
in the United States.

Walk the beach or try the trolley and explore many of the fine shops
and restaurants from Times Square to Lovers Key State Park.
We are located just across the street from Bay Beach Golf Course
which is open to the public for all you golfers that want to take in
a round of golf during your stay.

April 16, 2011 - December 23, 2011 - $500 per week or
                                                           $400 per week for 4 weeks or more.
December 24, 2011 - April 13, 2012 - $750 per week or
                                                           $700 per week for 4 weeks or more.
April 14, 2012 - December 21, 2012 - $500 per week or
                                                           $400 per week for 4 weeks or more.
December 22, 2012 - April 15, 2013 - $750 per week or
                                                           $700 per week for 4 weeks or more.

MIMINUM STAY IS 7 NIGHTS OR 1 WEEK.

Security deposit is $300.00 which holds the reservation and is
refunded after stay.
Payment can be made by personal check, bank check or money order.

Payment is full is due 45 days prior to arrival in US Dollars .

All rates are plus tax:  6% Florida Sales Tax and 5% Lee County Tourist Tax
