Located on the beach with beautiful ocean views, this brightly decorated, spacious villa, is only a short 2/10 mi. walk to The Seabrook Island Club(photo #1), where you will have full access to all of the club amenities, including restaurants, pools, and golf courses. The Club offers daily poolside activities for families & kids, and features a junior Olympic lap pool and a family pool. Golf pro shop is a full service operation with professional staff. A short ride to the Racquet Club offers 15 beautifully groomed composition tennis courts, with year round professional staff. Nearby is the NEW 6,000 sq ft Fitness Center  equipped with treadmills, cycle trainers, stair climbers, & strength stations, and brand new indoor and outdoor pools. Villa has high speed internet service,3 flat screen HDTVs/DVR with 100+ channels with HBO Premium service.
Two first floor bedrooms with private baths, one with Queen bed, the other with twin beds. Second floor loft with twin beds, sitting area with HDTV/DVD/VCR, private sundeck & bath. Beach chairs,kids beach toys,beach umbrella, DVDs, board games,and books provided.

Seabrook Island is a private 2200 acre island owned by the property owners. Unspoiled by commercial development, just beautiful homes, villas, and The Seabrook Island Club. During the summer season the Club offers special childrenï's, teen, and family programs. Fully supervised programs for kids
includes Kostal Kids with daily themes like Beach Daze, Wet & Wild, and Kostal Kids Olympics. Teen programs include Pool Jam, sports challenges, and Arcade Happy Hour. All ages will enjoy the Island Explorers program with activities like crabbing, beach walk, fishing, clamming and bike excursions.
If you prefer less organized activities, just walk the three miles of pristine beach and enjoy the daily romp of the dolphins, or sit on your deck at sunset and watch the fishing boats returning to the marina. For lunch or dinner, just walk up the street or beach(at low tide!) to enjoy one of the
club's fine restaurants. In season, the NEW outdoor Pelican's Nest Bar & Restaurant (photo#2) offers great drinks and food, and a refreshing breeze to go along with the fantastic ocean views, and is only 3/10 mi from our villa! Across the street from the ocean at the NEW Island House, you can enjoy a quieter, more refined atmosphere in the dining room, or a light
lunch or dinner in Bohicket's lounge.Excellent food and friendly service are the norm at all of the restaurants, and what you would expect at any fine private club. The restaurant's availability and hours vary by season.

Nearby Kiawah Island features five championship golf courses that are open to the public, including the world famous Ocean Course. If you're in the mood for a romantic evening and gourmet dining, try the Ocean Room at Kiawah's fabulous Sanctuary Hotel.Or choose any one of several wonderful local
restaurants just outside the Seabrook gate. Our favorites are Red Sky Grill,  King St. Grill, and the Turtle Point Grille & Bar. Stop in at Bohicket Marina or Freshfields Village for shops,spa, salon, spirits, and services.A full day spent in the beautiful city of Charleston is well worth it. From the upscale, nationally known stores on King St and Charleston Place, to the small shops and vendors in Market Hall , you will find everything you need or want.There are fabulous
restaurants throughout the historic district, our favorites are Charleston Grille, Hank's, Oak Steakhouse(*****), Jestine's, and Hyman's Seafood. On the way to dinner stop in some of the magnificent art galleries, especially along East Bay St. After dark, the city of Charleston is a vibrant, fun, active place to be.The young and sophisticated crowd will be very much at home at the rooftop Pavilion bar at the Market Pavilion Hotel on East Bay. The louder, fun loving crowd will enjoy the many bars and saloons along Market St and East Bay, none better than Tommy Condon's Irish Pub on Church St.Other attractions: IMAX Theater & Fountain Walk, South Carloina Aquarium, Antiques District,College of Charleston,The Battery & Park,Carriage Rides, the Gullah Tour, the Gateway Walk, and just outside the city, the beautiful Middleton Place Plantation.
