the Key West airport or the Keys Shuttle from the Miami or Ft.
Lauderdale airports. It's ideal for a stay of a week or much longer.
Shipyard is a gated condo community within the Annex just two blocks
to Duval St. - complete with 24 hour security, assigned off street
parking, heated pool, and lush tropical landscaping.

The condo is equipped with all the features to make your stay
enjoyable. Central AC along with TV/DVD, stereo, & expanded Comcast
TV cable with High Speed Internet make your relaxation time
comfortable in every way. All linens & towels are supplied as well
as washer/dryer for your use.
The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to whip up a gourmet
meal; a gas grill makes it possible to cook any fish you catch
while here; or order in from a wide variety of local restaurants
who deliver right to the door. Local calls are free & unlimited.
One bedroom has an en suite bath. Decorated in an island theme, this
room has twin beds (can be combined to make a king) & french doors
that open onto the deck.
The second bedroom has an adjacent full bath as well. A queen size
bed and generous closet mean you can really settle in and relax.
There is an air bed available if 2 people do not want to sleep
together in the queen bed.
Tropical foliage surrounds you on the second floor deck. French doors
from both the living room & bedroom allow access for outdoor dining
or just relax & enjoy the morning paper with your coffee. This condo,
offered by owner at very affordable rates, is perfect for 2 couples
or a family. It sleeps a maximum of 4 - sorry, no pets allowed.
No smoking.
The heated Shipyard pool has a large sundeck with chaise lounge
chairs. The Fort Taylor State Park Beach is just a short walk.
We are not using the calendar system due to the fact that we
have multiple properties and thus if this one is not available
