Vacation Rental Rates

Deal - First two weeks in January - $650.00 per week!

$650.00 per week -  May to December

$700.00 per week -  Janaury - April 

Check in Saturday 4:00pm-Check-out Saturday 11:00am 

Occupancy of 4 adults. 
$300 Deposit required at time of booking.
Deposit is refunded once key has been returned & inspection is
complete.
Full Payment 30 days before rental week begins unless booking is made
on short notice.
$95.00 U.S. cash cleaning fee to be left in the condo at the end of
your stay.
No Smoking inside condo, smoking ok on the outside patio.
No Pets.
