Hidden away on the tranquil East End of Grand Cayman on a very large lot, and completely unrivaled in its privacy, Windward Cove in Gun Bay is now also home to a brand new 12 x 25 foot oceanfront swimming pool, poolside cabana full bathroom, and extended Trex deck area (for more about pool, see our home website).

Twenty miles away from the hustle and crowds of the 7 Mile Beach corridor yet close to all you might need, and very close to Little Fosters grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, fine restaurants (Portofino's, The Lighthouse, Over The Edge, The Reef, and more), East End gas station, and two of the top watersports operations (diving, snorkeling, kitesurfing, etc) in Grand Cayman, including the famed Ocean Frontiers. The Rum Point Club, Botanical Gardens, and Blow Holes are right nearby as well. You get to experience and see Grand Cayman in glorious fashion. All of the conveniences, none of the crowds. The gated front courtyard area finds a myriad of flowering plants and trees to greet your arrival. Our picnic table area out front sits in the lush zoysia grass, amid the bougainvillea flowers and Christmas palms, and is shaded by a large coconut palm throughout the day. One step through the front door and you are greeted by the large open air great room with vaulted whitewashed cedar ceilings.
Four large bedrooms (2 oceanfront, 2 garden view) easily sleep eight adults. Each full bathroom is equipped with a tub & shower, and there is a large half bathroom off the great room. 

A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, entertainment center, wireless high speed internet access, (see amenities for full list) to serve all your needs.

Central air-conditioning and eleven ceiling fans (including one in every bedroom) help keep things cool on the rare occasions when the gentle ocean breezes do not suffice.

Four separate sets of disappearing sliding glass doors make up the back wall of Windward Cove, and open onto a 52' screened-in porch capturing the sunshine, tropical breezes and views from three directions.  Step outside to an elevated Trex deck and you are greeted by a reef protected lagoon that varies in depth from very shallow to 20+ feet out to the reef.  Follow the deck down to the side of the house and you will find our brand new poolside cabana full bathroom.  One step further to the left...the Beach.

We have a great Beach! This property boasts over 200' of private deep sugar sand beachfront (no rocks or ironshore), amid shady coconut palm and casuarina trees. The beach and water at Windward Cove is ideal for all ages (from very young children to older adults) with many shallow pool areas, and even more fun further out. Snorkeling the many coral heads in the waters right out back is a favorite activity for many of our guests, as is swimming in the calm reef protected waters. 

It's basically all here.  If a great beach and ocean environment is important to your group, then your vacation villa search is basically over. You are looking at a hotel sized beach of the highest quality at an ultra private villa, all at a very competitive rate. We aim to please!
