Atlantic Ocean, Fitness Centers, & Clubhouse. with tenis courts, two swimming pools, club house,
walking and riding paths. It is ideally located...you can even walk to the grocery store & a couple
of restaurants!

New Smyrna's oceanfront beaches are the best!!! You must take time to endulge yourself and enjoy its
beauty! One of our favorite places to visit in New Smyrna Beach is Smyrna Dunes Park, located on
the most northern tip of the peninsula. It is a pristine 73 acre park with five ecosystems, ocean,
river, dunes, scrub and saltwater marsh. The park is surrounded by water and is a great place for
swimming, surfing, fishing, boating and shelling. It is fun to watch the fishing and charter boats
come and go out to the Atlantic Ocean via the jetty at Ponce Inlet. Smyrna Dunes Park offers
unique opportunities for naturalists, ecologists, students and the general public to view a large
variety of animals, reptiles, marine life and vegetation. It is the perfect place to go for a
picnic, relax and take in a splendid sunrise or sunset. New Smyrna Beach is a quaint seaside
community. It is well known for its beautiful beach, relaxed atmosphere, great golf courses, fine
restaurants, numerous parks, Great Health Spas, Art Galleries and really nice people.

NASA Shuttle Launches from Kennedy Space Center, which is located about an hour directly south of
New Smyrna Beach, can be easily viewed while sitting in your beach chair, on our beach and gazing to
the Southeast. Shuttle Launches are spectacular and definitely an event you wouldn't want to miss!

Ponce Inlet is a nice place to visit & climb to the top of the Historic Light House. Canavaeral
National Seashore is about 5 minutes away. It is a 57,000 acre National Park nestled between the
Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It is one of the largest stretches of pristine coastline in
the U.S.A. and is located directly South of New Smyrna Beach. The oldest city in the U.S.A., St.
Augustine, is about an hour away. Daytona Beach Airport and International Speedway are only 25
minutes to the North. Orlando attractions including Walt Disney Parks, Universal Studions, and Sea
World are only 90 minutes away...just the perfect way to spend the day and then come back to the
beach for a nice, relaxing evening & gentle sea breezes.

The weekly rate range is (off season) at $700, in season of $800
Monthly Rate is from $1900 to $2100 per month
There is a one time Departure Maid fee of $95.00
The Reservation/Security Deposit is $250 (refunded after departure assuming the unit is left in the
condition it was found)
