Stylish, Luxurious and Comfortable, this 3 bedroom + den, 3 bath condo in Emerald Lodge is less than a year old and provides some of the very best accommodation at Trappeurs Crossing Resort. The lodge has its own private pool and 2 hot tubs all accessed from the same level as our condo.

Emerald Lodge is situated just 2 blocks from the Gondola, but if you don't want to carry your skis, let the ski valet load your equipment onto the on-demand private shuttle and be whisked from front door to Gondola Square. The shuttle will also take you Downtown Steamboat, grocery stores or anywhere else you want to go within the Steamboat City limits with just a phone call.

This condo offers some of the finest, most luxurious accommodation in Steamboat.  Professionally decorated and beautifully furnished you'll find a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, slab granite counter tops, quality stainless steel appliances, a 4-burner gas cook-top stove and luxurious wood cabinetry.  The spacious living and dining area allows you to relax in comfort whilst warming your toes in front of the feature gas log fireplace after a hard days skiing.  Enjoy a cook-out using the Gas BBQ on the private balcony with views towards the Yampa Valley.

The living area has a 42" flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo with I-Pod dock and we can leave a PS3, X-Box360 or Wii for the kids (or husband!) with advance notice.

This condo is ideal for families and groups with the added benefit of the den. This room with twin day-bed and french doors is quiet and private enough to be used as an additional bedroom for 1 or 2, or as the perfect kids playroom or TV room. All the bedrooms and the den have flat screen TVs with integrated DVD players and CD alarm clocks.  This condo enjoys a south western aspect giving you wonderfully light and sunny accommodation.  All the beds are super comfy (guests last year wanted to buy the mattresses!) and made up with cosy duvets and luxury linens.  The 3 high-end bathrooms all have tub and/or
shower and there is a jetted tub in the master suite and are stocked with Aveda bath products, warm robes and plush towels.

Other amenities include complimentary high-speed wireless internet, in-condo washer and dryer, in-room safe, private ski lockers, complimentary ski-valet, and private heated underground parking.

At 1823 square feet (including balcony) the condo is spacious and has a maximum occupancy of 8 people. As part of the Trappeurs Crossing Resort, Emerald Lodge has use of all of the Trappeur's facilities including Amenity Center with computers and internet access, fitness center, 3 pools, 6 hot tubs, sauna and day spa.
