Half a block from Sabalo Centro bus stop with air conditioned bus that
takes you to the Golden Zone. You can find anything you want to do in Centro HIstorico: Spa, art courses, theatre, Spanish classes, good quiet beach, excellent restaurants at economical prices.  For example, fresh shrimp dinner for 65 pesos at Cuevo de Lion.  Centro is quiet, the architecture beautiful, and no one bothers you. There are taco and fresh juice stands around the corner, a general store, an interesting mix of English speaking and Mexican families.  At Recrea, there are many cultural events including Spanish instruction.  It is a wonderful area to live in and to meet new friends.  The Old Mazatlan Inn and condos is two houses away on Pedregoso. 

Vacation Rental Rates

High season: Dec to Feb: $600 week (6 nights) $1,600/month includes utilities and maid service

March, April, May, Nov. - $1,400. a month

Summer:   $600/month plus electricity (about $100. depending on use of air conditioners)

Yearly rate: $800. a month for one year.
