Private Cottage in Paradise Valley

This unique guest suite is situated in a beautiful suburb of Phoenix appropriately referred to as Paradise Valley and boasts impressive views of Camelback Mountain which is within an easy bike riding distance or vigorous walk. The guest suite itself is an Old European style stone building adorned with modern touches of copper and steel with exposed trusses and European woodwork and limestone floors throughout. The bathroom is contemporary with walls and floors of travertine with a gorgeous sink and spacious standing shower. There is a separate large steam room to luxuriate in as well as an additional standing shower within the steam room. Hard wood doors separate the guest suite from the kitchen which is equipped with all state of the art appliances such as Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf stove, Frigidaire microwave, etc. The yard and pool which are shared with the owner is a peaceful haven with a vibrant rose garden, gurgling fountain and a Tuscan inspired lap pool set off by great columns and lovely Cypress trees.

There are numerous activities to do in and around Paradise Valley. Hiking, golfing, horseback
riding, shopping, dining, various sporting events, The Phoenix Zoo, The Celebrity Theatre for music,
The Arizona Ballet Company, etc. Paradise Valley is conveniently located nearby to Historic Old Town
Scottsdale which is filled with art galleries and shops and wonderful dining. Paradise Valley is
also about 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix where there are beautiful museums and sports stadiums.
The Arizona Daimaondbacks and the Phoenix Sun's stadiums are both close by in downtown Phoenix.
Phoenix is also home to Spring Training which is a glorious time of year to watch some great
baseball. For American football fans, the Arizona Cardinal's stadium is about a half hour away in
Glendale. Some of America's finest hotels are right in the area here offering equisite places to
dine or enjoy cocktails in breathtaking settings. Spa's are numerous here as well. Within a 5 minute
drive you have spa's to choose from such as those at The Phoenician, The Biltmore, The Royal Palms
and many more.

The daily rate for the guest suite is $150.00 per night.
The weekly rate for the guest suite is $750.00.
The monthly rate for the guest suite is $2,500.00.
The price for any other time configurations will be determined on an individual basis.
