Vacation Rental Description

Far from the crowds, and surrounded by scenic splendor, both of our 
two beautiful, fully-equipped ranch homes provide seclusion and 
quiet. Both houses have approx 2000 sq. feet living area.  

House K#1 is a recently built luxury villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 
bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 4-6. It is situated high on a 
canyon hillside and features breathtaking unobstructed views of the 
surrounding vermilion cliffs from all rooms. The 8 acres of private 
land includes a horse corral.

House K#2 is newly renovated with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 
comfortably sleeps 6-8. Situated in the same canyon as K#1 on 
almost 4 very private acres it boasts fabulous views of the red rock 
canyon walls as well as the Kanab Valley and Kaibab plateau. 

Both houses are only five minutes from all the amenities of the 
picturesque little town of Kanab - the center of several major 
national parks and monuments.  Kanab is a natural destination for 
visitors to Southern Utah. 

Kanab has a small airfield for those with private planes.  The 
closest major airport is Las Vegas-about three hours away, the 
closest town (and regional airport) is St. George (about 1.5 
hours).

House K#1: US$2,075-$2,875 per week all year round.  

House K#2: US$1,275-$2,075 per week.

One week minimum.  Please enquire for multiweek, monthly and 
seasonal discounted rates.

Everything has been provided, so just bring your luggage.  We'll do 
our best to meet your special requirements - like pets.
