Deposits: $100 security deposit holds reservation. This $100 security deposit is refundable when you
check out and apartment is left in excellent and CLEAN condition.
Other Fees: No Fees. $75 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit ONLY if apartment
is not left in clean condition. If everything is left tidy and undamaged- you will not incur any
fees.
