Hello.
* The room is 128 x 130 ( 3 x 3.3 ) on 2nd floor.
Have full size bed, desk with chair, night table with lamp, closet with fold mirror door, mini refrigerator, laminated floor and fan with light. Excellent conditions.
* The house has upstairs three bedrooms and one bathroom.
Down stairs have kitchen with black marble counter top and splash back, dining room, den, living room, family room, master bedroom in suit, bathroom and laundry. Most of the floors are in beige travertine marble and wood. High ceiling, spacious and illuminated.
* Outside there’s private bushed fence area with barbecue and big swimming pool. Part of area is covered with roof.
* A crossing street there’s a park with lake, near is a Club House with a tennis court, gym and another swimming pool. Close we have an water canal, (turnpike) highway, shopping plaza, supermarkets and a park with a big lake with water sports. Five miles (15 minutes) to the beach. One mile (3 minutes) to I 95. Very nice, beautiful and quieted neighborhood.
The nearest intersection is Powerline and Hillsboro.

$ 500 Security deposit required to make reservation with
signed lease. 50% of balance when lease is signed and 50%
on arrival. Cancelation terms: full refund if canceled before
31 days of reservation dates. Deposit might be forfeited if
