Delray Beach is located 10 minutes north of Boca Raton and 45
minutes from Miami/South Beach. You have your choice of airports if
you are flying in, it is easily accessible from West Palm Beach, Ft.
Lauderdale and Miami airports.

Delray Beach is a vibrant city with award winning beaches and
fantastic downtown area. Delray Beach has been named All-American
City in 993 and also in 2001, the only city in Florida to receive
the award twice. Travel Holiday Magazine rated Delray Beach
as "Best Swimming Beach" in the southeast, it is also known as a
premier diving spot.

The 1 bedroom and 1-1/2 bath condo is air conditioned and has
recently been completely redecorated and is tiled throughout. The
master bedroom has it's own private bath and walk-in closet and
contains a beautiful queen bedroom set with plenty of storage and
armoire with Cable TV/DVD.

The unit also has Bahama-beds in the family room that can be
arranged as a king bed. Also in this room you will find a large
Cable TV/DVD/CD player. We also have a quaint dining rooom with
seating for 4.

Off the family room you will find a relaxing screened porch fully
tiled with pocket glass doors.

The appliances are new and the kitchen/bathrooms are stocked with
all the necessary accessories.

All linens and towels are included.

This is a ground floor unit and parking is directly in front of our
unit. There are designated visitor parking spots should you need
them.

Within the complex you find a recreation center with a beautiful
heated pool. There are bathrooms/showers, meeting room, kitchen,
billiard room, etc. at the complex which is just a short walk from
the condo. Also at the pool complex you can play tennis,
shuffleboard or even golf (entrance across the road) and many
throughout the city of Delray Beach.

and coffee houses sidewalk cafes, bars, restaurants both casual and
elegant, and plenty of night life with live entertainment, There is
something for everyone!

Water activites abound, just take your pick: Swimming, fishing,
snorkeling, diving, boating, sailing, water skiing, surfing,
windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, shelling.
