Intended for poetic spirits , who seek a non limiting view over the
sea.
Only for those who like to live under simple conditions ( kitchen-
cornerbathroom with shower), and
who do not hesitate to walk down 120 steps before they get to the
house and to walk them up again
any time they want to go out shopping, to go to a sandy beach,
restaurant, etc.
For those who like to relax on the terrace in company of the dog and
cats of the house.
For swimmers who like to enjoy the deep sea water alone in an
isolated spot 150 steps down from the
house. MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD  1 WEEK

The maisonnette "cavern " 60 sq.m,in two rooms . 2 double beds ( one
in the living room wich
includes a a small kitchen )and bathroom (shower). The house can
accomodate maximum 4 persons.
In the house you will find : fridge-2 electrical heat elements-
boiler-coffee maker- barbeque-TV-
radio cd-Wi-fi internet connection and the owner near by to offer
whatever help you may need.

In the village of oia you will find almost everything (
supermarkets,restaurants, rent a caror a
bike , atm etc.). In the house you will find : fridge-2 electrical

In above prices are included:
transfert on arrival+ departure from Santorini port or airport to
oia through an official agency.
transfert your lugage on arrival+departure with a donkey-taxi from
parking place to the house.
* For more persons (incl children) add 100 euros per week , per
person.
* Children are accepted of more of 12 years old only.
