**Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made 60 days prior to arrival and in writing for a deposit to be refunded. In the event cancellation is not made as specified above, no refund will be given unless the property is able to re-rented for the same time period. A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancelled reservation and deducted from the deposit.
