Prescott Country Club Condo on Golfcourse in Prescott

Cozy condo overlooking the Prescott Country Club Golf Course sleeping 4 persons. It has one bedroom
with queen size bed, a very large walk-in closet, livingroom with a Lazyboy queen size sleeper sofa,
kitchen with breakfast nook overlooking golfcourse, patio with gas grill and chairs (watch the
golfers go by during the day and wildlife at night). The condo is on the ground floor and nobody is
above.

We provide a non-smoking environment. Please use outdoor areas for smoking only.

TV with VCR/DVD, Microwave, Refrigerator, Electric Stove, Toaster Oven, Washer/Dryer, gas furnace,
fully equipped kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups, coffee maker, dining room
linens. All bed linens, towels,alarm clock, hairdryer are provided - just bring your tooth brush!

The cottage location is ideal for golfers. You don't need a car to go to the tee-off - it is in easy
walking distance and so is the clubhouse with a comfortable restaurant/bar and great views and good
food at a reasonable prize. Pro-shop, library are also available. If you venture into Prescott (easy
20 minute drive to downtown) you can experience the courthouse plaza with antique shops,
restaurants, galleries and not to forget "Whiskey Row" with it's historic bars, western music and
the world famous rodeos (Prescott claims to have the first rodeo ever). Bands are playing in front
of the courthouse, art and craft fairs are frequently held, the "Old West" is featured in the
Charlotte Hall Museum. The whole atmosphere is reminiscent of Norman Rockwell. There are lakes to
fish and for boating, walks in the pines, horse back riding nearby, hiking in the mountains.
Prescott Vally has frequent events in the sports arena, large cinema center and many restaurants.

Off-Season Special: 2 people $400.00 per week, $1,200 a month
Extra person: $20.00 per night

Additional charges: $75.00 cleaning charges per stay and $250.00 security deposit. The security
deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property.

All pets must be approved and require an additonal $200.00 deposit which is also refundable after
satisfactory inspection.
