Our affordable 2 bedroom villas have everything you could want in a
vacation retreat on the ocean with family and friends. No matter
what you are looking for, you'll find it near our beachfront villas:
Golf, tennis, swimming, fine dining, outlet shopping, parasailing,
jet skis, historic attractions, bike trails, fishing, etc.!
Hilton Head Resort is located oceanside between Palmetto Dunes
Resort and Port Royal Plantation, right next door to the Robert
Trent Jones Golf Course! There are lagoons, a private marsh, and
private 400 yard boardwalk to the ocean where you can enjoy the day
on the beach or at the resort's private beach cabana bar & grille,
"Coco's On The Beach" enjoying your favorite food and drink!
Coco's is open from Spring through late Fall. You may never
want to leave because this resort offers free unlimited use of
the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis courses,
and private beach bar & grille.

We remodeled our villas with all new carpet, flooring,
paint, appliances, furniture and decorations. The villas have:
2 bedrooms
2 full baths
living room
dining room
kitchen
outside patio/balcony
We equipped our villas with everything you could possibly
need during your stay: TVs, VCR/DVD, stereo system, refrigerator,
dishwasher, stove, microwave, dishes, glasses & cooking utensils,
blender, blow dryer, towels, linens, iron & ironing board, family
board games, etc. We even have 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and
a beach buggy on wheels in the villa for you to take to down to the
ocean. All you need to bring is your bathing suit, beach towels,
family and friends to have fun and play in the sun!!!

Our ocean resort offers 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, sauna, hot
tub, fitness center with indoor running track, 6 tennis courts, on
site restaurant and convenience store, private ocean side cabana bar
& grille w/food, drink, music and restrooms on the beach. Cabana
Bar, "Coco's on the Beach" is open Spring through late Fall. Walk
to the beach on our private, secluded 400 yard boardwalk across
a beautiful tidal marsh, or ride on one of our golf cart shuttles.
The views are amazing!
Hilton Head Resort is a gaited community and has 24 hr. security.

Our resort is located on the ocean in between Palmetto Dunes and
Port Royal Plantation, and right next to the Robert Trent Jones Golf
course. The resort offers free unlimited use of the indoor and
outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis courses, and beach cabana
facilities. Hilton Head Island offers great golf, fine dining,
