Beautiful Northern Get Away in Kalkaska

This is a just built 3000 square feet log cabin with a walk out basement that sits directly on
Pickeral Lake. Its layout is very festive friendly, It has a large loft upstairs that overlooks the
lake and living area, this living area is very wide open and also overlooks the lake. The basement
is a billard room, it has a 9 foot pool table with a bar and a bathroom, it also looks out onto the
lake. This is a must see.

The log cabin sits on pickeral lake which is an all sports lake with very good fishing, there is a
public launch directly across from the cabin, the cabin has a 100 feet of dock for fishing or tieing
off boats or jet skis. Snowmobiling, four wheeling, motocross riding, hunting is all withing 200 feet
of cottage, there are trail heads all around the lake and state land everywhere, it is truely gods
country. You are 30 minutes from downtown Traverse City, 15 minutes from Turtle Creek Casino, and 20
minutes from Boyne and Crystal Mountain. The cottage has plenty of wood for the firepit that sits on
the lake, just make sure you bring your own means of cutting. The cottage has LCD televisions located
in relaxing viewing locations. If you just wanna relax and stay in for a quiet secluded weekend this
is you place.

Daily Rate: $250, plus $250.00 Security Deposit*.

Weekly Rate: $1250, Plus $250.00 Security Depoisit*.

Monthly Rate: $2500/month; Includes reasonable utilities**
Monthly Rate requires a 1 month security deposit*.

*Security Deposits are not refunded untill an inspection of the property can be done after checkout.
Security Deposit refunds are generally disbursed by mail within 10 days of checkout, notice is
provided with the total cost of damages incurred. In this case, only the remaining balance,if any,
will be returned.

**Reasonable utilities are based on the average utility bills for the corresponding months of use,
plus 15%. Utility bills that exceed this limit will be deducted from the security deposit in the
amount fo the excessive usage.

Any checks that are returned due to insufficent funds will be charged a fee of $50.00.
