chess. The living room features a bar for you to have fun and share
drinks with your friends.

DINING AREA

Enjoy a sit down dinner under the stars at the table that sits up to
12 people. You can bake your own pizza or barbeque on a brick
Brazilian style grill. There's another table for 12 people available
in the living room.

TV ROOM

The TV room, made completely out of glass windows, is a perfect place
to rest . It includes TV and a DVD player as well as stereo system for
all your entertainment needs. Cable TV with CNN, HBO, Disney Channel,
Italian TV and many more.

KITCHEN

The kitchen of the main house is fully equipped with 2 stainless steel
sub-fridges, marble counter tops, gas stove with oven, and all the
necessary kitchen appliances including a full set of stainless steel
pots, chef knifes, Italian espresso coffee machine, American coffee
machine, blender, juicer, toaster and a full set of dinner ware for 12
people.

MASTER BEDROOM 1

Master bedroom with a king size bed, offers incredible views of the
ocean and opens up directly onto the spacious balcony, where you can
lounge and watch the fabulous sunset. Features adjacent walk-in closet
to store your bathing suit, sarong and much, much more.

Private bathroom has marble hot tub, and all glass windows for that
unforgettable views of the garden and the sky.

MASTER BEDROOM 2

The master bedroom 2, featuring and oversized queen size bed, is
facing the ocean and opens up directly into the garden. Spacious
private bathroom has marble counter top and a big Mexican blue tiled
shower. Cable TV also available in this room.

GUEST HOUSE

The guest house is located on the inside of the estate and offers
relaxing and peaceful courtyard views. All 4 bedrooms have air
conditioning, ceiling fans, one oversized queen size beds and private
bathrooms with showers.
The guest house can be rented separately from the main house.

GARDENS

The property has 2 gardens for you to spend some quite time enjoying
blooming isidro flowers.

The inside garden features pizza oven as well as brick Brazilian style
barbeque. It also has this special open game area, where you can play
foosball or a video game.
In the front garden, banana and palm trees as well as bougaville will
light up your spirit and will create that perfect atmosphere for you
to lounge in the amaca on the patio or to sun bathe on the deck of the
swimming pool.
Chaise longs and a Brazilian wooden coach are available on the sun
deck for the ultimate pool lounging experience. Fresh towels are
provided every day.
Basketball hoops on the side of the pool are set in place in case you
are in the mood for a “water basketball” game.

Minimum rental fee is half of the weekly rate.
Requires $1000 refundable security deposit.
