Just a short note to pass on my thoughts on the condo rental.

My family and I were very satisfied with your unit. It has a floor plan that was well suited for family use, since my daughter and her family could use the upstairs portion and I could use the downstairs bedroom and we could all have our privacy. We found the furnishings to be quite nice and the amenities very thoughtful.

My daughter and family might be interested in a future late March rental during their daughters one week Spring Break. I might be interested in a future rental during Feb. for the annual Gem Show.

My wife, mother and I stayed at the Ventana Vista Condominiums on Sabino Canyon Road throughout most of the month of July, and part of August.  Ventana Vista Condominiums is a gated community nestled in the Tucson Foothills, a very attractive and calm location.  Really quiet.  The accommodations were very nice and comfortable.  There are two main bedrooms, with an sofa bed and a foo ton if you happen to have guests stay over.  We were also provided with cable, long distance and cable.  We watched our fill of classic movies.

The condo complex is kind of like a small community,with a very friendly neighbors and a clubhouse. The clubhouse has a swimming pool, a hot tub (plus another one located elsewhere in the complex), a pool table, TV, exercise room, and a wide selection of books in a book exchange. 

The condo complex is secluded enough to have some privacy, but is is also near everything you could want.  There are several restaurants nearby, as well as pharmacies, supermarkets, convenience stores, gas stations, banks, Kinko's, churches, shopping malls, etc.  Sabino Canyon, a nature preserve that makes a good day trip, is only one mile away from the Condo complex entrance.  Mount Lemmon, the southern most ski area in the U.S., is only one hour's drive away and within sight of the condo.  During our stay, we needed to be close to Tucson Medical Center, and this is only a 15 minute drive away.

I liked to stay at this condo for all these reasons, but the thing I liked the most was being around nature.  Since the condo lies only one mile away from Sabino Canyon, and three creeks (while dry) run through the property, there is an abundance of wildlife.  We saw quail, woodpeckers, mourning doves, cottontail rabbits, and hawks, among others.   I saw a bobcat in the early hours of the morning, a rare sight indeed.  We even had a herd of Javelina come to eat near our front door, not once, but twice.

The Property is managed by Real Property Management Rincon, and they were the icing on the cake of our stay at this condo.  They were very helpful and attentive.  If you are planning to stay at this property, please don't hesitate to contact me

The location of your condo next to Sabino Canyon was wonderful, and it was conveniently located to a lot of great restaurants and shops.  We spent some nice time walking around the complex, exploring the washes with our son and generally enjoying the fine weather in Tucson.  The amenities at your location were well thought out, and we found all the things we needed were there for a short vacation stay.

We all hope you had a great holiday as well.  And if our plans allow us to come back out to Tucson next year, we'll make sure to reach out to you again.
