The creek side river rapids can get rough sometimes, so be careful
and practice safety. Sounds of the
water, day and night are simply breath taking. Open the windows and
listen to nature's glory. There
is 1.07 acres natural wooded land of privacy.
Private lower level unit has fully functional kitchen with
microwave, toaster,
coffee-maker, pots, pans, stove, refridgerator, utensils, linens,
towels, and dishes, CD player, radio, cassette,
etc. Satellite TV ... lower / VCR, upper / DVD player. Washer and dryer, dishwasher... You bring your own suds and soap. Movie library, crossword puzzle magazines, books for children and adults. Decks of cards, Texas Holdem and UNO... etc.

For your convenience we have added: Wi/Fi internet...at no additional cost.

Also you  have local telephone service, you will need to purchase a long distance calling card for long distance calls.  However... no long distant calls are permitted otherwise; without prior approval.

Outside gas grill..... You can provide your own 20lb. tank of propane during your stay if you wish to grill out during the winter months.

(No propane provided after Oct. 31st 2009). Charcoal Grill will be provided in 2010. Must bring your own charcoal... sorry.

No smoking inside units,(outside containers available for proper disposal).

(Unit carries one week supply of towels, and one change of linens per bed). Extra linens and towels available upon request.

Prices may not include tax and $50.00 cleaning fee per level on weekend stays, and $75.00 clean fee per level on 5 night stays and more. (All cleanings are done after departure, no house cleaning during the stay).

***Cleaning fee of $50.00 per level on weekend stays, and $75.00 per level on 5 nights or more.***

Local phone service provided... No long distant phone calls permitted. Must purchase calling card for calls outside of area code. 

 Wi/Fi DSL available: currently at no extra charge.

***Damage deposit required Beginning "Jan. 1st 2010" of $100.00 per every 4 people per visit (per weekend and weekly stay), and when renting an individual unit. Deposit will be refundable, so long as no damages occur during your stay by you, or by your guest. 

Entire house rental (both levels) for up to 8 people, this option for families/ friends and Holidays.  For each week reserved add $100.00 on 1 level and $200.00 deposit for both levels. After departure and no damages, full deposits paid; will be refunded. Allow 15 business days for any and all refunds.

Pet Deposit ($50.00 and up--- per pet) is required. In the event a pet is allowed at my discretion, and only 50% of deposit is refunded so long as no damages. (50% goes for the extra cleaning). 

 
Some reservations may require a 25% non-refundable deposit, that will be applied to remaining balance due the day of check-in. (All monies by check must clear bank 15 days in advance of your reserved date) unless otherwise permitted with prior approval.

 Deposit is refunded only on cancellations of reservations made 30 days in advance of reserved date.  

Key deposit of $50.00 per level required and refundable only after key return, (please allow 15 business days for return of monies after check-out). Forwarding address will be needed, with phone number on all check payments.

Personal checks, cash, and Paypal option (add 3.25 % process fee) credit and debit Visa/MC accepted.
