If you like to write, paint, read, relax, fly fish for the trout, listen to the rolling rapids, have a glass of wine with spouse or friend, roast marshmellows at 1 of 2 fire-pit's. It's all your choice and you can do it all, from your very own choice of 2 water-way's in the  back and side yard. All from this captivating private oasis.... 

The creek side river rapids can get rough sometimes.... Caution around water and practice of safety is advised especially with small children. Sounds of the water, day and night will simply take your  breath away and enliven your spirit! Open the windows and listen to nature's glory. There is 1.67 acres natural wooded land.  Just added new deck off the side of the home looking over the water-way. Attached staircase leads direct to the water.

Private... 1100 sq. ft. lower level 1 bedroom 1 bath unit has fully functional kitchen with
microwave, toaster, blender, crockpot, dishwasher and a new washer along with a dryer. Local & long distant within US phone serviceavailable. Free Wi-Fi, must bring own laptop or tech device of choice. Brand new Flat screen T.V. with built-in DVD player, must bring your own movies.
Coffee-maker, pots, pans, stove, refridgerator, utensils, linens,
towels, and dishes, radio, cassette, Deck of cards, books for adults and children. Please feel free to bring your own entertainment, favorite pillows, blankets and all soap products... etc. (Maximum 4 to 5 people allowed). 

 Satellite "Direct TV" ... NEW Flat screen T.V. with built-in DVD player.

Must bring your own soap and suds and paper products. One starter roll of septic safe toilet tissue is provided. Please  purchase and use "SEPTIC SAFE" only tissue if more is required.

For your convenience we have added: Wi/Fi internet...AT&T DSL at no additional cost.

NEW FEATURE: Also, you have "LOCAL & LONG DISTANT" telephone service. We've added Magic Jack, so you no longer need that calling card. However... You can't call International, sorry.

NO SMOKING INSIDE UNIT, (outside containers available for proper disposal).

 A 1 night min. allowed on a single night rate only... Beginning Jan. 1st 2012 rate on single night for up 4 people is $135.00. That is $33.75 per person. Holiday's are alway's at regular rate of $100.00 per night on 2 night or more rental. If you wish a discounted rate during Holiday's at any advertised special rate;  you must be willing to rent a 5 night  or more stay.

There are countless hiking trails to choose from. Explore the many rivers or rent a pontoon at Lake Lure for the day. Go horseback riding from local stables.
You can simply relax on the porch or go fishing for the trout (yes, there is trout in the water) in our creek-side back yard. Trout fishing allowed only if there is no state wide bans. Additional fishing liscense may be required. Inquire to the local state laws.

What ever you decide, you are sure to enjoy your stay! Ask about our gift certificate program special! DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Refundable $100.00 Damage/clean-up per rental on weekend and weekly stays. A Key deposit is $50.00 per key allowance. Deposit amounts are due for each additional weeks rented. No damages must occur during your rental period by you, or your guest. This applies for all rentals.  After departure and no damages, full deposits paid; will be refunded. Allow 15 to 30 business days for any and all refunds.

 
RESERVATIONS: May require a 25% non-refundable deposit, that will be applied to remaining balance due the day of check-in. No Refunds on cancellations without serious consideration. Rules and terms of rental reservations must be complied with to the fullest. In order for any refund; you must cancel your reservation date 30 days, or more, of your due arrival date. During inclement weather, a refund can be applied to a resheduled visit. If you book and the property becomes inaccessable for your visit due to bad weather, "NO" refund can be issued back to you as a customer. Mother Nature is unpredictable, so book smart. A 30 day prior cancel of reservation of due arrival date is the only time you will get your deposit refunded. Then... and only then; will this deposit be refunded. Deposit will have to have been in good standing, in order to be refunded. Cancellations of reservations must take place within a 30 day time-frame of making your reservation; otherwise will not be honored. All monies by check must clear bank 15 days in advance of your reserved date; unless otherwise permitted with prior approval.

KEY DEPOSIT: Refundable $50.00 per key and refundable only after key return to main office after departure. Pick-up will be by clean-up crew. Please allow 30 to 60  business days for return of monies after check-out. Forwarding address will be needed, with phone number on all check payments.

Personal checks, cash, also Paypal option credit card and debit card Visa/MC accepted but may be at an additional usage fee. Call for information if you wish to pay with credit card.  All credit card payments must be approved prior to reservation and additional fees may apply. Any charge-back from credit card transactions will carry an additional 20% fee per transaction cancellation.
