Pines at Bousquet in Pittsfield

This townhouse is in THE PINES AT BOUSQUET and was built in Feb 2009. The street number is 140 Alpine Trail. This unit is at the end of the developement across the street from the community pool on a no traffic street. It is a DOWNHILL model with no stairs to climb for first floor living.

Main floor includes Great room, Upgraded Kitchen with GE Profile and Miele appliances, Dining Room, Master Bedroom and Bath, 1/2 bath and Screened patio with Grilling Deck with a Weber gas Grill. The kitchen is complete with all the pots pans and extras you could need.

The Master Suite includes a King Bedroom set and a 32" flat TV. There is a second Master suite on the lower level. The Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen have decorators hardwood flooring and a 42" Flat panel TV with HDDVR reciever. 

Upstairs is a loft with Desk and computer, Second Bedroom with Queen Bed, and Third Bedroom with twin XL beds. There is a Bathroom on the second level.

The lower level is completely finished with a Family Room with a 52" TV and HD reciever. Also we have a Playstation 3 for games, BLUERAY and DVD discs. There is a large sofa and recliner for your relaxation and entertainment on the lower level. Addiitionally there is another King Bedroom and Bath on the lower level.

There is a two car garage with an opener but we keep a car there so there will be room for 1 more.

Heated Pool opens Memorial Day. HD Cable TV and WiFi internet is included. The main level TV  has an HD DVR reciever package, the lower level TV has a HD reciever as well as a BluRay DVD player. Phone to include free long distance calling

We are located on Bousquet Mountain. Summer offers hiking and ATV trails as well as a water park for the youngsters at the base of the mountain. Winter has skiing.

We are located about 10 minutes from Tangelwood and all the other cultural activities.

Shopping is very convenient, with a Super Stop and Shop within 1.5 miles, you can actually walk to the store. Great dining and entertainment in and around the Pittsfield area.
