Condo itself is 1,300 square feet plus a 230 square foot lanai that offers an
extra room very
beautifully landscaped and private. Condo is 2 bedroom, 2 fullbaths.
Large dining table for entertaining seats 6. Guest room and bath has privacy
door. Condo includes,
CD player/radio, 2 TV's with cable, local phone, washer/dryer, dishwasher,
stove, microwave,
iron/iron board, beach chairs, cooler, towels, sheets, etc... All you need is
