vacation rental rates
$400 per week August & September
$450 per week October-May
4-night minimum
$50 non-refundable cleaning deposit
$250 refundable security deposit
50% deposit required at time of reservation. Balance must be
paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy:
No refund of any monies collected (except the $250 security deposit) shall be returned unless a written notice of cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival date.
