unit is located in Central Beach in a prideful oceanfront complex. Over 55 age group, no pets, 3
month minimum rental.
A reason I found this unit to my liking is the porch overlooked a lot of foilage, a comforting trait
here in Florida.

As you begin to talk to more people at Del Mar, it becomes apparent that a lot is going on such as
