bedroom has 1 queen the 2 downstairs bedrooms have 2 single and 1 double bed , the loft has fold
down futon ."" Will sleep 6 adults 2 children comfortably."" Paved Driveway bedding and
towels not included......rarely is it included in the Poconos. Bed Quilts and pillows are there. We bring sleping bags to throw on the beds if bringing sheets are to much a hassel. NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE PLEASE!
