Sugar Beach complex is an establish town home community on the gulf side of Navarre Beach.  This unit has been completely remodeled thanks to hurricane Ivan. The feel is cottage comfort and people/kid friendly. The unit will accommodate up to eight people for your stay.  Features include fenced patio, heated pool, gulf beach assess, new furniture, tile, and carpet.

The main living area is open with shared dinning /living area.  You can visit with friends or family while preparing a delicious meal.  A half bath and laundry closet on the main living level provides convenience and limits congestion in bathroom area upstairs. Full size sleeper sofa allows a sleeping area minus the stairs.

The kitchen includes full size refrigerator, programmable stove, microwave, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Small appliances include coffeemaker, blender, toaster. A fully stocked kitchen includes all dishes, glasses, pots/pans and cooking utensils. Iron and ironing board as well as vacuum are provided. 

Bedrooms are upstairs for added privacy.  The master bedroom is decorated for comfort and beauty.  A queen bed with matching dresser, bedside tables, and calming lighting are the focus of the room.  The size of the room could accommodate a folding crib or space for family T.V. (DVD connected) viewing.  We provide large fluffy bath towels, 200 thread count cotton bed linens, but please bring your own beach towels.

The guest bedroom is as spacious at the master.  Two double beds take the place of the traditional twin arrangement.  T.V armoire/ dresser with DVD player and closet are provided for hanging clothes.  Bathrooms are adjoining both bedrooms, one with shower and one with shower/tub.

The enclosed patio is equipped with a charcoal grill and grilling utensils.

There is a pool and car wash available.

Navarre Beach is a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of areas
like Destin. However, Destin's outlet malls are a quick 45 minute
drive away. Navarre is laid back and relaxing. Restaurants are
within walking distance. Bicycle, sea-doo, Hobie cats, and kayak
rentals are available across the street. Or just take a chair and
enjoy the beautiful white sands of the beach. There is a beautiful
state park located on the island with picnic areas and pavilions
availble.

Winter Rates: November 1st --April 1st.  $600 weekly.  $120 nightly.

Spring Rates:- April 2nd -- May 19th.  $750 weekly.  $130 nightly.

Early Summer Rates:  May 20th -- June 20th.  $920 weekly.  $150 nightly.

Summer Rates: June 21st -- August 1st.  $1220 weekly.  $200 nightly.

Fall Rates:  August 2nd -- October 31st.  $640 weekly.  $125 nightly.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE 10.5% SALES TAX OR $75 (one time) CLEANING FEE.

Special rates on major holidays, special island events, or Blue Angel days.

*Check-in time is after 3 pm Central Standard Time.
*Check-out time is before 11 am Central Standard Time.
*Deposit of $150 is required for all bookings. (NOTE: This deposit
is non-refundable. If reservations are cancelled within 30 days of
your scheduled check-in you WILL forfeit your deposit; however, this
deposit is applied towards your balance if your reservations are
kept. In the event that there is a named storm close enough to your
scheduled rental as to make it unsafe for you to keep your
reservations, we will happily refund this deposit.) Balance is due two weeks before arrival.  Credit card payments are subject to a 3 % surcharge.
*3 Night Minimum.
*Monthly rentals incur a damage/security deposit of $300.00, which
is fully refundable as long as there are no damages sustained to the
contents/property during your stay.
