The house has 3 bedrooms with closets, 3 bathrooms, a big kitchen, a beautiful dining room, a comfortable terrace, laundry room and a solárium.

Usually ventilation in interiors is a problem in Yucatán houses, but  here you wont have that problema… This house was designed to have a great ventilation the whole year and to be warm in Winter just by closing some windows. We also care about the environment, so we installed a rain wáter recollection system to help our planet by pulluting less.

In terms of location, the house is in an exclusive area known as "tropical Riviera", 15 minutes from Chicxulub.
