Vacation Rental Description

Non-smoking 3 bedroom, first floor, beach front condo available 
weekly. Master bedroom has a king bed,tv/dvd player; bedroom 2 has 2 
double beds; bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a twin bed.
Available monthly November-March. 3 night rentals available in off 
season.
The porch is in front of the pool and the porch has a great view 
of ocean and beach.  Private fishing pier on sight. Tennis available 
on sight.  Condo is conveniently located for shopping, historic 
downtown Fernandina, golfing, and marina. Great restaurants!
  
we have just put in new tile and new bathrooms...very nice!

No Smoking! No Pets!
